Are you frustrated with all the diets on the market? Tired of celebrity after celebrity trying to sell you their magic potion for health and weight loss? Ready for real change? Wondering how in the world you’re going to get healthy (and happy) once and for all? There’s one concept I want you to remember.

This is the concept of bioindividuality.

We are all different. What works for Sally down the street may not work for you. Only you live in your body. Only you know how certain foods make you feel. Eat consciously and think about how you feel after you eat certain things. Find a physical activity that works well for your body…something you’ll do consistently. And, never forget that you are the expert on you.

That said, there are some universal principals that apply to most everyone. Most people need to increase their consumption of fresh leafy greens, fruits, and veggies. We all need to make sure we’re drinking lots of water, reducing stress, and crowding out refined sugar. And, we all need adequate sleep to allow our bodies to refresh and recover.

Take the stress and frustration out of health. Before there were all those experts telling you what to do, there was God. He put exactly what you need on this planet to thrive. Fresh fruits, veggies, leafy greens, and water. Get cozy with God to reduce stress. Enjoy nature. Simplify. And, love yourself enough to nourish YOUR body with the things it needs.

  • So very true! I always focus on just being healthier, and changing my habits for the better. If I don't lose weight fine, but I will be better over all.
